1.High quality Custom Rubber Parts Molding Processes Made In China
Injection Molding
Injection molding is one of the important manufacturing methods in rubber molding processes. The rubber is pre-heated before being injected into the mold. After pre-heated, the rubber flows more readily into the mold, allowing for higher cure temperatures, shortening the curing cycle. Rubber injection molding presses provide tight clamping, which results in little or no flash. We have injection machines with tonnage of 100 to 300 tons which can improve the compactness and functionality of products (especially the functionality of shock-absorbing products). It can greatly improve production efficiency, greatly reduce labor intensity of workers, reduce rubber waste and power consumption, etc.
Compression Molding
Compression molding is and old and simple rubber molding process available. It is a good manufacturing choice for large parts, and low to medium production quantities. It requires a preform of uncured rubber to be placed on top of the mold cavities, or individually into each of the cavities. The mold is then closed, and the press squeezes the mold plates together forcing the preform to take the shape of the cavity, or cavities, and form a finished part. Tooling can be less expensive than other molding processes, but is a labor-intensive process due to method of loading the mold, and cure times.
Extrusion Molding
The rubber material is heated and plasticized in the extruder, and extruded through the extrusion die under a certain pressure to obtain the desired product shape. The advantage of rubber extrusion molding is to ensure that the quality of the extruded semi-finished rubber is denser and uniform. The high production efficiency and not limited by length that can meet the needs of ultra-long products, especially suitable for the production of rubber sealing strips, rubber tubes and rubber belts.
